Rules of house



  1. Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to hand over his / her personal documents (passport or identity card) and the amount to be paid at the Reception due to the data collection. Our guests can only book the rooms after paying the full participation fee. the total participation fee means the number of days booked in advance, in the event that it is decided to cancel your stay earlier, we will not be able to refund the money.

  2. The accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure. Other options can be arranged flexibly by prior arrangement.

  3. When leaving the accommodation permanently, the room key must be handed over to the landlord. Inform the landlord in advance.

  4. In case of any loss of the handed over keys, the guests are obliged to report it immediately and reimburse the price of the price and the replacement of the lock to the accommodation provider.

  5. When leaving the Panzio, the received TV switch must be returned. When leaving the Pension, please turn off the water and electricity, close the doors and windows. Please open the in-room safe.

  6. Guests can park their cars for free in the Panzio’s courtyard. If guests wish to continue parking in the Panzio car park after the day of travel, they must pay a parking fee.

  7. At the reception of the Pension you can find Sopron Balf and the surrounding tourist information.

  8. Pets are not allowed in the Pension.

  9. We are not responsible for personal items left in the rooms.

  10. Smoking is not allowed in the pension! to smoke in the designated place in the yard. it allowed. Please put cigarettes and ashes in the included ashtray.

  11. It is forbidden to bring any flammable materials or devices into the rooms.

  12. Breakfast meal time: 7:00 to 9:00

  13. It is forbidden to take the equipment of the Pension out of the house. Rooms are inspected on arrival and departure. In the event of any damage, the damage will be settled with the guest on site.

  14. Regular rubbish bin, If extra waste is to be disposed of, please put it in the outdoor bin. If you have recyclable waste for disposal, please put the bin in the outdoor bin.

  15. At the Panzio guests receive clean, guests staying longer than 4 nights bed linen and we change.

  16. Our guests can receive visitors during the day (between 8 am and 9 pm) by prior arrangement with the accommodation provider.

  17. In case of fire, use the powder extinguisher in the stairwell, use the rescue immediately and call the firefighters at 105 and then the landlord!

  18. If you have a serious health problem, please call 112.

  19. Violation of the policy may result in a ban, theft or damage to objects may result in other measure

  20. We ask our guests not to eat in the rooms. which we ask to keep clean.

  21. The owner has the right to cancel the accommodation if the guest does not follow the policy and if she breaks the peace.

  22. In order for all guests to stay comfortably and safely during their stay, if someone intentionally harms or threatens others, they can call 107.

  23. Please use the swimming pool according to the rules for the pool table.

  24. Wake up service, taxi call and other services, please arrange reception in advance.
